摘要
针对传统舰船检测方法通常存在漏检弱小舰船和虚警方位向模糊等问题,提出了一种基于散射梯度矢量的极化合成孔径雷达(PolSAR)数据舰船检测方法。首先,在PolSAR数据的散射矢量的基础上,构建散射梯度矢量,以提高船海对比度;然后,利用散射梯度矢量提取香农熵特征,再结合舰船和海面的香农熵特征差异,选取最佳香农熵阈值进行舰船检测,以提高弱小舰船的检测性能;最后,根据方位向模糊与其真实舰船的方向角度、位移距离和香农熵特征去除方位向模糊。通过采用AIRSAR和GF-3 PolSAR数据进行实验,并将提出的方法与HH通道方法、改进极化Notch滤波(IPNF)方法和广义相对最优极化(GOPCE)方法进行对比,验证了该方法能够检测弱小舰船,去除方位向模糊,从而提高舰船检测精度。
The traditional ship detection methods cannot effectively solve the problems of missing target and false alarm caused by weak ship and azimuth ambiguity.To solve these problems,a polarimetric synthetic aperture radar(PolSAR)ship detection method based on the scattering gradient vector is proposed.Firstly,based on the scattering vector of PolSAR data,the scattering gradient vector is used to improve the contrast between the ship and sea.Secondly,Shannon entropy is extracted by using the scattering gradient vector.The difference of Shannon entropy between the ship and sea is analyzed.And the best Shannon entropy is selected to carry out ship detection.In this way,the detection performance of weak ship is improved.Finally,the azimuth ambiguity is removed by the direction angle,the displacement distance and Shannon entropy between them and the corresponding true ship.Comparing with the HH channel method,the improved polarimetric notch filter(IPNF)method and the generalized optimization of the polarimetric contrast enhancement(GOPCE)method,experiments on AIRSAR and GF-3 PolSAR data are implemented.Results show that the proposed method can detect weak ship and remove the azimuth ambiguities significantly.And the accuracy of ship detection is improved.
