摘要
吴茱萸为芸香科植物吴茱萸、石虎或疏毛吴茱萸(同波氏吴萸)的干燥近成熟果实,其所含的化学成分众多,药理活性复杂。其中,生物碱类主要是吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、去氢吴茱萸碱,为吴茱萸的主要化学成分,具有镇痛、抗炎、抗菌、抗溃疡、舒张血管、调节血压、抗心律失常、抗肿瘤、抗阿尔茨海默病等作用。近年来,由于吴茱萸生物碱类有较强的生物活性和较低的细胞毒性而成为药物研发领域的热点,尤其在心脑血管系统疾病的研究中取得了较大进展。对吴茱萸生物碱类在心脑血管系统疾病的研究进展进行综述,以期为后续研究提供参考。
Evodia is dry and nearly ripe fruit of Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth.,Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth.var.officinalis(Dode)Huang and Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth.var.bodinieri(Dode)Huang.It contains numerous chemical constituents and complex pharmacological activity.Among them,alkaloids are mainly evodiamine,rutacarpine and dehydroevodiamine which are the main chemical components of Evodia.Alkaloids have analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-ulcer,vasodilation,regulating blood pressure,anti-arrhythmia,anti-tumor,anti-Alzheimer disease and so on.In recent years,due to the strong biological activity and low cytotoxicity of Evodia rutaecarpa alkaloids,it has become a hot topic in the field of drug research and development,especially in the study of cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,This article reviews the research progress of Evodia alkaloids in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,with a view to providing reference for follow-up studies.
