摘要
目的:分析当前国家卫生健康委员会及国家中医药管理局公布的《新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)诊疗方案(试行第一~试行第七版)》中医部分、《广东省新型冠状病毒肺炎中医药治疗方案(试行第二版)》及《湖南省新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎中医药诊疗方案(试行第三版)》的处方,解读其用药规律及辨证思路。方法:检索国家卫健委及国家中医药管理局公布的七版新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案及广东省和湖南省公布的最新版中医诊疗方案。运用统计软件分析及搜索相关文献解读。结果:总结出处方43个,其中:预防处方3个,治疗处方33个,恢复期处方7个。在治疗期使用最频繁的中药有麻黄、杏仁、甘草、石膏,即清热药、解表药、化痰止咳平喘药使用最多。结论:不同版本新冠肺炎诊疗方案在病因、病机、病位、治则、方药上既有同亦有异,总体上以国家卫健委及国家中医药管理局颁布的诊疗方案为主要参考,并随着版本更新内容愈加详细,反映了中医对新冠肺炎的认识在进步、在改善。
Objective:To analyze the current Chinese medicine section of the"New Coronavirus Pneumonia(COVID-19)Diagnosis and Treatment Plan(trial first to trial seventh edition)"published by the National Health Commission and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and"Guangdong Province Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Chinese Medicine Treatment Plan(trial version 2)"and"Hunan Province New Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Plan(trial third edition)"prescriptions,interpretation of their medication rules and differentiation of symptoms.Methods:The seven versions of the diagnosis and treatment plan for novel coronavirus pneumonia published by the National Health Commission and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the latest version of the diagnosis and treatment plan for Chinese medicine published by Guangdong and Hunan provinces were searched.Use statistical software to analyze and search relevant literature for interpretation.Results:Summarized 43 prescriptions,3 prevention prescriptions,33 treatment prescriptions,and 7 recovery prescriptions.Among them,the most frequently used Chinese medicines during the treatment period are ephedra,almonds,licorice,and gypsum,that is,heat-clearing medicine,anti-epidermic,and phlegm-relieving cough and asthma medicine are used the most.Conclusion:Different versions of new coronary pneumonia diagnosis and treatment plans have similarities and differences in etiology,pathogenesis,location,treatment,and prescriptions.Generally speaking,the diagnosis and treatment plans issued by the National Health Commission and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine are the main reference.And as the version is updated,the content becomes more and more detailed,reflecting the progress and improvement of Chinese medicine’s understanding of new coronary pneumonia.
