摘要
鹿茸药用历史悠久,该研究通过分析和总结国内外相关研究文献,对鹿茸化学成分、药理作用和临床应用等方面进行综述,获取到鹿茸具有鹿茸多肽、甾体化合物、无机元素、鹿茸多糖、鹿茸多胺、生长因子、脂类物质、核酸、碱基成分、维生素等多种药理活性成分,具有保护骨骼、保护神经系统、抗心肌损伤、抗肿瘤、降糖降脂、抗炎症、增强免疫、抗氧化、抗疲劳、改善性功能等多种药理作用。现如今鹿茸在国内临床多用于骨骼系统疾病、男科疾病、妇科疾病、心血管疾病、肾脏疾病、神经系统疾病等的治疗,应用前景广阔。本研究为鹿茸进一步开发利用提供参考。
The medicinal use of Lurong(Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum)has a long history.The study summarized the chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Lurong(Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum)by analyzing and summarizing relevant domestic and foreign research literature.It was obtained that Lurong(Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum)has pilose antler polypeptides,steroids,inorganic elements,pilose antler polysaccharides,pilose antler polyamines,growth factors,lipids,nucleic acids,base components,vitamins and other pharmacologically active ingredients.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Lurong(Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum)has a variety of pharmacological effects,such as protecting bone,protecting nervous system,anti-myocardial injury,anti-tumor,lowering glucose and lipid,antiinflammation,enhancing immunity,anti-oxidation,anti-fatigue,and improving sexual function and so on.At present,Lurong(Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum)is mostly used clinically in China for skeletal system diseases,andrology diseases,gynecological diseases,cardiovascular diseases,kidney diseases,neurological diseases,respiratory diseases,blood system diseases,liver system diseases and so on.This article provides a reference for the further development and research of Lurong(Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum).
