摘要
目的:探究益气化瘀汤加减联合心俞穴位注射丹参注射液对修复冠心病心绞痛患者心功能损伤的作用。方法:选取冠心病心绞痛患者160例,按照完全随机法分为对照组和治疗组各80例。两组患者均行常规基础治疗,对照组采用心俞穴位注射丹参注射液治疗,治疗组采用益气化瘀汤加减联合心俞穴位注射丹参注射液治疗,观察心功能左心室射血分数(LVEF)、N末端B型利尿钠肽原(NT-proBNP)、B型利尿钠肽原(BNP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、PO2、HB变化水平,并评价中医证候、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组PO2水平明显呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组患者的LVEF、NT-proBNP、BNP、TNF-α、IL-6、HB、中医证候评分水平下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组患者治疗总有效率较高且治疗效果较好,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀汤加减联合心俞穴位注射丹参注射液可显著修复冠心病心绞痛患者的心功能损伤,显著降低炎症因子水平,改善心功能,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Huayu Decoction combined with Xinshu acupoint injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza on cardiac function injury in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:160 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected and divided into control group and treatment group equally according to complete randomization method.The control group was treated with Xinshu acupoint injection Salvia miltiorrhiza injection,combined treatment group with Yiqi Huayu Decoction and Xinshu acupoint injection Salvia miltiorrhiza injection.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of cardiac function was detected by cardiac colorimetry,and the terminal B diuresis natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and B diuresis natriuretic peptide(BNP)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay level of change;the level of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were detected by scattering turbidimetry;the level of PO2、HB change was detected by automatic blood gas analyzer of waufen medical equipment company,USA;and the syndrome score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine were evaluated.Results:The PO2 level of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the LVEF、NT-proBNP、BNP、TNF-α、IL-6、HB、TCM syndrome score level of the combined treatment group was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher and the treatment effect was better,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huayu decoction combined with Xinshu acupoint injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can significantly repair the cardiac function injury in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris,significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve cardiac function,the effect is worthy of promoting clinically.
