摘要
目的:评价中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效与安全性。方法:使用计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、Pumbed、EMbase,检索时间为建库至2020年9月,搜集中西医结合与单用西药对比治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床随机对照试验(RCT);运用Cochrance系统评价方法对纳入的文献进行质量评价。结果:最终纳入13篇研究文献,共1104例患者,Meta分析结果显示:中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮的总有效率优于西医组[OR=2.71,95%CI(1.89,3.88)],能够有效减少激素的使用量[MD=-4.11,95%CI(-5.34,-2.88)],降低系统性红斑狼疮的SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)[MD=-0.78,95%CI(-1.35,-0.21)],差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且其不良反应发生率低于西医组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗SLE可以显著提高临床疗效,减少治疗过程中的激素使用量,降低系统性红斑狼疮的SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI),并且中西医结合治疗SLE的不良反应发生率低于对照组,安全性更高。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(sle).Methods:CBM,CNKI,WanFang,Pumbed and EMbase were searched by computer.The retrieval time was from construction to September 2020,to collect the clinical data of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and single Western medicine,and to evaluate the quality of the literature by using the method of Cochrane systematic review.Results:A total of 1104 patients were included in 13 articles.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of treating SLE with integrated Chinese and Western medicine was due to the Western medicine group[OR=2.71,95%CI(1.89,3.88)],can effectively reduce the dosage of hormone[MD=-4.11,95%CI(-5.34,-2.88)],reduce the disease activity index(SLEDAI)of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)[MD=-0.78,95%CI(-1.35,-0.21)].And its adverse reactions were less than those in western medicine group.Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of SLE,reduce the use of hormones in the course of treatment,and reduce SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI)of SLE,the adverse reactions of SLE treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were less than that of control group,and the safety was higher.
