摘要
目的评价某地特殊飞行保障人员的膳食营养以及健康状况。方法采用称重法进行为期3天的膳食调查,调查人数为84人,均为男性,年龄分布为19~37岁;利用身高体重测量仪测定身高体重,利用人体体成分分析仪测定体质指数(BMI)和体脂率;采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、疲劳自觉症状问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90量表),对保障人员睡眠、疲劳以及心理健康状况进行评价。结果该调查对象仅牛奶、禽蛋和植物油三类摄入达到现行军标要求,其余均不达标,三大产能营养素供能比不均衡;钾、镁、锌、硒和维生素B1未达到现行军标要求;超重者占30.95%,消瘦者占4.76%;大约9.72%人员存在睡眠质量问题;心理健康状况无异常。结论该调查对象膳食结构不合理,部分食物及营养素摄入未达到现行军标要求,三大营养素供能比失衡;体重超重与消瘦并存。
Objective To evaluate the dietary intakes and health status of special flight support personnel.Methods A three-day dietary survey was conducted by weighing method.A total of 84 male personnel,aged 19 to 37 years,were included in this survey.Body mass index(BMI)and body fat rate(BF%)were measured using a body composition analyzer.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale,fatigue awareness symptom questionnaire,and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)were used to evaluate the sleep,fatigue,and mental health status.Results Only the intakes of milk,poultry eggs and vegetable oil met the requirements of the current standard,and the rest were not up to the standard.The energy supply by three major nutrients was unbalanced.Potassium,magnesium,zinc,selenium and vitamin B1 did not meet the requirements of the current standard.The overweight accounted for 30.95%,and underweight accounted for 4.76%.About 9.72%of the personnel had sleep quality problems and no abnormality in mental health was observed.Conclusion The dietary structure of the respondents was unreasonable,some food and nutrient intakes did not meet the requirements of the current standards,and the energy supply by three major nutrients was unbalanced.Overweight and wasting coexisted.
