摘要
立法语言是法律的外在表现形式。规范的立法语言是法律内容正确向外界传达的先决条件,对于我国应急管理立法的正确适用具有重要意义。通过考察相关应急管理立法文本发现,我国应急管理法律语言在句式结构、语法搭配和法律规范词的使用等方面还存在不足之处。对此,有必要通过优化应急管理法律语言表述、强化应急管理法律语言审查程序、拓宽规范应急管理法律语言的渠道、推进专业复合型应急管理法律人才培养等方式提升我国应急管理法律语言的规范化程度。
Legislative language is the external manifestation of law.Standardized legislative language is a prerequisite for the correct external communication of legal content,which is of great significance for the correct application of emergency management legislation in China.Through the investigation of relevant emergency management legislation texts,it is found that there are still some shortcomings in the sentence structure,grammatical collocation and the use of legal norms in the legal language of emergency management in China.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the standardization of emergency management legal language in China by optimizing the expression of emergency management legal language,strengthening the review procedure of emergency management legal language,and broadening the channels for standardizing emergency management legal language.
