The Logical Path and Realization Direction of Constructing the Core Literacy System for Preschool Normal Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 构建核心素养体系,对造就高素质的幼教师资后备力量具有重要意义。按照人本性、综合性、发展性、实践性原则,构建"一核三纵三横"的立体蛛网式学前专业师范生核心素养体系,为推动学前专业教育教学改革指明方向。提出了促进学前专业师范生核心素养提升路向:优化人才培养方案、重构课程体系、改革教学方法、推进教学评价转型。 The construction of core literacy system is of great significance to bring up the reserve force of preschool teachers with high quality.According to the principles of human nature,comprehensiveness,development and practice,a three-dimensional cobweb-like system of core literacy for pre-school students is constructed,which points out the direction for promoting the teaching reform of pre-school education.Meanwhile,the way to promote the core quality of pre-school professional normal students is presented,including optimizing the talent training scheme,reconstructing the course system,reforming the teaching methods and promoting the transformation of teaching evaluation.
