摘要
目的研究预见性护理干预对预防结肠癌患者术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的效果。方法选择2015年2月-2018年10月在深圳市宝安区沙井人民医院接受结肠癌手术的患者108例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各54例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则给予预见性护理干预。比较两组凝血指标、DVT的发生率以及两组的护理满意度。结果两组术后凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及凝血酶时间(TT)水平均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组;两组术后纤维蛋白原(Fbg)水平低于术前,且观察组低于对照组;观察组DVT发生率为9.26%,低于对照组的24.07%;观察组护理满意度为98.15%,高于对照组的87.04%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预有助于预防结肠癌患者术后DVT的形成,效果良好,患者满意度高。
Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing intervention on preventing deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs after colon cancer operation.Methods From February 2015 to October 2018,108 patients who underwent colon cancer operation in Shenzhen Baoan District Shajing People’s Hospital were selected as the observation objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention.The coagulation index,incidence of DVT and the degree of nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results The levels of prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)in the two groups after operation were significantly higher than those before operation,and those in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group.The levels of fibrinogen(Fbg)after operation in the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation and that of the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The incidence of DVT in the observation group was 9.26%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group with 24.07%.The degree of nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.15%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 87.04%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention could prevent DVT formation in patients with colon cancer after operation.The effect was good and the degree of patient satisfaction was high.
