摘要
非洲是联合国会员国最多的大陆。非洲国家的加入,极大地改变了联合国的政治生态。在非洲和平与安全中,联合国发挥着关键的作用。联合国推动的发展十年战略、千年发展目标和2030年可持续发展目标,非洲扮演着重要角色。非洲国家是推动国际关系民主化的基本力量,而非洲大陆也是联合国和平发展和人权事业的重心。联合国与非盟开展全方位合作,成为联合国与区域组织合作的典范。联合国改革事关非洲安全与发展的未来,与联合国开展合作是非洲建设更美好未来的必由之路。
Africa is the continent with the largest number of UN member states.The accession of African countries has significantly changed the political landscape of the United Nations.The United Nations plays a key role in peace and security in Africa.Africa is also a key player in the UN-driven development decade strategy,the Millennium Development Goals and the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.While African countries are a fundamental force for the democratization of international relations,the African continent is also the focus of the UN missions including peace,development and human rights.The UN and the African Union have developed a comprehensive cooperation,which has become a model of cooperation between the UN and regional organizations.The UN reform is related to the future of security and development in Africa,and the cooperation with the United Nations is the right way to go for Africa to build a better future.
