摘要
长三角内部发展不平衡、不充分及结构性、布局性、累积性问题突出,环境污染突发事件时有发生,已成为长三角高质量一体化发展的重要制约和短板。因此,推进长三角一体化高质量发展,必须坚定不移地加强生态环境保护联防联治,走出一条以生态优先、绿色发展、体制创新、协调推进为导向的一体化发展新路子。
Due to the imbalanced,insufficient inner development and problems in layout and structure in the Yangtze River Delta,environmental pollutions often occur,which have become restrictions and bottlenecks to high-quality development in this area.Therefore,in order to push forward the high-quality development,we should stick to the joint defense and joint management of environmental protection,and seek for a development road featuring ecology first,green development,institutional innovation and coordinated promotion.
