摘要
企业创新发展联合基金是新时期国家自然科学基金联合基金资助体系的重要组成部分,由国家自然科学基金委员会与企业共同出资设立,围绕产业发展共性需求以及关键技术领域中的核心科学问题开展基础研究,是完善多元投入机制的重要改革举措之一。本文介绍了新时期以来企业创新发展联合基金资助情况,并结合调研分析现有企业联合资助方的实际需求,对持续优化企业创新发展联合基金资助模式提出相关建议。
The Joint Funds for Enterprise Innovation and Development is regarded as an essential component of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)funding system,which is jointly-invested by NSFC and enterprises.As a key innovative approach to support NSFC’s“expanding diversified investment into basic research”strategy,this program is problem and demandoriented,which focus on the joint demand of industrial development and aim to support basic research of key scientific issues in the core technologies fields.This paper firstly introduces NSFC’s practice on the Joint Fund for Enterprise Innovation and Development in the New Era.Then,it reports the field investigation findings concerning enterprises’demand as joint-funding parties.Finally,it makes several practical suggestions to further advance the Joint Fund for Enterprise Innovation and Development.
