摘要
国家自然科学基金联合基金旨在发挥科学基金的导向作用,引导与整合社会资源投入基础研究,提升我国相关领域、行业、区域自主创新能力,推动区域和行业高质量发展。根据四个"面向"的战略部署,探索建立并不断完善科学基金成果应用贯通机制是引领科学研究不断向广度和深度进军的方法之一。本文分析了近年来联合基金的资助概况,介绍了国家自然科学基金委员会对科学基金成果贯通机制已进行的探索,分析了联合基金成果取得情况和联合基金成果贯通的特点,并进一步提出推动联合基金成果贯通的思考和建议,以期促进联合基金的成果应用贯通,解决我国相关领域、行业、区域的重大科学需求。
To perform the guidance function of scientific funds,attract and integrate social finances to basic research,promote capacities for independent innovation of associated fields,industries and areas of our country,promote high-quality development of each area and industries,Joint Funds were established by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC).According to the strategic deployment of our government for scientific and technological works,which is called four“MianXiang”,exploring the mechanisms of scientific funds achievements linkage is one of the effective methods for extending the horizon and depth of scientific research.Here,we analyzed the funding of Joint Funds,introduced the progress of the NSFC achievements linkage,analyzed characterization of Joint Funds supported achievements,and further give some suggestions for promoting Joint Funds achievements linkage,which we hope to further promote Joint Funds achievements linkage and solve great needs in science and technology.
