摘要
目的对中文数据库中收录的关于国内血吸虫病健康教育研究领域的科研合作现状及演变过程进行分析,为国内相关学者及机构进一步开展本领域相关研究提供参考。方法以中国知网、维普、万方数据为数据源,检索1995-2018年间公开发表的有关血吸虫病健康教育研究的科技文献,运用文献计量学方法,利用CiteSpace V软件进行定量分析。结果1995-2018年间3大中文数据库共收录血吸虫病健康教育相关文献556篇,发文量总体呈下降趋势;学者胡广汉、张世清、张矩为前3位高产作者;较为明显的合作机构集中在安徽省、江西省和湖北省,但跨地区机构合作较少见;出现频率≥10且中心度大于0的关键词共20个,"血防"、"血防知识"等为研究重点所在。结论国内相关学者和机构对血吸虫病健康教育领域的研究关注度有所下降,且领域内的科研合作关系总体上较为松散,缺少跨地区、跨机构的合作。有关学者和机构应重视血防健康教育研究,加强区域性和机构间的合作,全面推进血防健康教育领域的研究。
Objective To analyze research cooperation and evolution process in the field of schistosomiasis health education literatures embodied in Chinese database,and to provide a scientific reference for further study in this field.Methods The literature focusing on schistosomiasis health education and published from 1995 to 2018 were retrieved from the three main Chinese databases of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang.A dopting literature etrology method and visualization analysis software(Citespace V)were used to conduct the analysis.Results A total of 556 articles were identified in the field of schistosomiasis health education,and the research literature showed a decreased trend in recent years.Among the most productive authors,Hu Guanghan,Zhang Shiqing and Zhang Ju ranked the top three.Researchers were primary from Anhui,Jiangxi and Hubei provinces,and cooperation was lacked among these institutions.20 keywords showed an occurrence frequency of≥10 and centrality>0,including schistosomiasis prevention and schistosomiasis knowledge.Conclusion Domestic research in the field of schistosomiasis health education has decreased recently.While a number of research institutions and teams have involved in this field,scientific research cooperation is relatively loose,and interagency and cross-regional cooperation is insufficient.Schistosomiasis health education should be paid much attention to,and collaboration crossing researchers and institution in this field should be strengthened to promote in-depth advanced research in this field.
