摘要
目的了解武汉市血吸虫病传播阻断区4~5年级学生血吸虫病防治相关知识、态度及卫生行为现状,为开展有针对性的学校血吸虫病健康教育工作提供依据。方法2021年11月,采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,从武汉市2个血吸虫病传播阻断区中抽取1115名4~5年级学生开展血吸虫病防治相关知识、态度及卫生行为问卷调查。结果4~5年级学生的血吸虫病防治相关知识总体知晓率、态度持有率和卫生行为形成率分别为55.92%、92.01%、90.10%。女生的血吸虫病防治相关卫生行为形成率为92.67%,高于男生的87.93%(P<0.05);城市学生的血吸虫病防治相关知识知晓率、态度持有率和卫生行为形成率分别为56.91%、93.03%和91.30%,高于农村学生的47.30%、83.18%和79.71%,以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。不同年级学生的血吸虫病防治相关知识知晓率、态度持有率和卫生行为形成率差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论武汉市血吸虫病传播阻断区4~5年级学生血吸虫病防治相关知识总体知晓率偏低,有必要在学校开设血吸虫病健康教育相关课程,尤其应加强农村学校的血吸虫病健康教育力度。
Objective To investigate the status of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)on schistosomiasis control among primary school students of grade 4 to 5 in transmission-interrupted areas of schistosomiasis in Wuhan City,so as to provide the evidence for the development of health education on schistosomiasis in schools.Methods In November 2021,a multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 1115 primary school students of grade 4 to 5 in Wuhan City as the research subjects.Then they were investigated by questionnaires to understand their KAP on schistosomiasis control.Results Among the students,the total awareness rate of schistosomiasis knowledge was 55.92%.The correct rates of attitude and practice were 92.01%and 90.10%,respectively.Girls had significantly higher correct practice holding rate compared to boys(92.67%VS.87.93%,P<0.05).The correct awareness rate of schistosomiasis knowledge,correct attitude and practice holding rate was 56.91%,93.03%and 91.30%in students from urban schools,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of students from rural schools(47.30%,83.18%and 79.71%,all P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in KAP on schistosomiasis control between fourth grade and fifth grade students(P>0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate of schistosomiasis control is low among primary school students of grade 4 to 5 in transmission-interrupted areas of schistosomiasis in Wuhan City,and therefore,it is necessary to offer courses related to health education on schistosomiasis,especially,the health education on schistosomiasis should be strengthened in rural primary schools.
