摘要
目的分析干预前后,干预组及对照组学龄前儿童在健康素养、健康相关行为方面的改变情况,综合评估深圳市龙华区学龄前儿童健康教育综合干预模式的实施效果。方法以深圳市龙华区所有在园儿童约48066人(3~6岁)作为研究对象,将对象随机分为干预组与对照组,干预组学龄前儿童给予基于健康素养提升的系统性干预措施,对照组儿童不做任何干预。调查干预前后两组儿童健康素养及相关健康行为变化情况。结果干预前,两组儿童总健康素养水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.455),干预后,干预组儿童总健康素养水平提升幅度明显高于对照组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。调查中,干预组儿童健康素养水平由22.27%上升至27.39%(相对的增长22.99%);对照组儿童由21.98%上升至25.73%(相对增长17.06%)。在六大分类素养中,健康饮食、卫生习惯、健康技能、作息娱乐方面,干预组儿童干预前后平均分增长优于对照组儿童,安全行为方面低于对照组儿童,健康行为方面两组无明显差异。结论该健康素养综合干预模式可促进学龄前儿童总体健康素养水平,但对于不同分类的素养提升效果不同。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a large-scale health education program that targeting to improve children’health literacy in Shenzhen,China.Methods About 48066 kindergarten children(3-6 ages)were included and they were randomized into either the intervention group or control group.Intervention group were given a systematic health educational intervention while control group remain traditional education.Assess the changes of health literacy and health behavior improvement among two groups before and after intervention.Results The total health literacy between intervention group and control group were not statistical significance before intervention(P=0.455).While after intervention,the intervention group showed a larger increase of total health literacy and the difference between two groups was statistical significance(P<0.001).Intervention group achiev a change from 22.27%to 27.39%(relative increase 22.99%)and control group change from 21.98%to 25.73%(relative increase 17.06%).As for 6 detail aspects of health literacy,when comparing the improvement in pre-test and post-test,the intervention group showed more improvement in 4 aspects(Diet,Hygienic habits,Health skill,Rest and entertainment)but less improvement in Dangerous behaviors aspect.In Health manner aspect,neither group got significant growth.Conclusion The comprehensive intervention model on health literacy program appeared to be effective to improve total health literacy in preschool children.The effects on different health aspects showed different.
