摘要
目的 探讨蹲起训练和振动蹲起训练对绝经后女性骨密度(bone mineral density, BMD)影响效果的差异。方法 从北京市罗庄、蓟门里社区招募符合要求的绝经后女性60人,分为对照组(n=20)、蹲起组(n=20)和振动蹲起组(n=20)。对照组不做任何特殊干预,蹲起组进行6个月蹲起训练,振动蹲起组进行6个月的全身振动训练加蹲起训练。分别在试验前、干预3个月和干预6个月后测量受试者全身、腰椎(L_(2)~L_(4))及左侧股骨颈、Ward’s三角区和大转子BMD。采用重复测量方差分析比较三组受试者BMD各指标的差异;采用单因素方差分析比较三组间各BMD指标干预前后差值差异。结果 与干预前相比,干预3个月三组受试者各BMD指标均无显著改善效果;干预6个月对照组受试者Ward’s三角区和大转子BMD下降(P<0.05),蹲起组受试者BMD各指标较干预前差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),振动蹲起组受试者大转子BMD上升(P<0.05),且全身和大转子BMD改善效果优于蹲起组(P<0.05)。结论 蹲起训练可以延缓绝经后女性随着年龄增长而发生的BMD下降,而振动蹲起训练可以有效提高绝经后女性BMD;振动蹲起训练对绝经后女性BMD的改善效果好于单纯的蹲起训练。
Objective To observe the effects of adding whole body vibration to squat training on bone mineral density(BMD) of postmenopausal women. Methods A total of 60 qualified postmenopausal women were recruited from Luozhuang and Jimenli communities in Beijing who were then randomly and evenly divided into control group(group Ⅰ), squat training group(group Ⅱ) and squat training with whole body vibration group(group Ⅲ). The training lasted for 6 months. Whole body and regional BMDs( left femoral neck, Ward′s triangle, greater trochanter and lumbar spine) were measured before the intervention, at 3 and 6 months after intervention. Repeated-measure ANOVA was used to compare the differences of BMD among the three groups at each time points, while one-way ANOVA was used to compared the BMD changes after the intervention in each group. Results After 3 months of intervention, the BMDs showed no improvement in all three groups.However, after 6 months of intervention, the BMD score of greater trochanter significantly increased in group Ⅲcompared with that before intervention(P<0. 05), there were no changes in BMD scores in group Ⅱ before and after the training, while the BMDs of Ward′s triangle and greater trochanter in the control group decreased significantly after 6 months of intervention(P<0. 05). The whole body BMD and greater trochanter BMD scores in group Ⅲ were much higher than those in group Ⅱ after the intervention, the difference were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Squat training can delay the decline of BMD in postmenopausal women with age, while adding whole body vibration to squat training can effectively improve BMD in postmenopausal women. The effect of adding vibration to squat training on BMD of postmenopausal women is better than that of squat training alone.
