摘要
目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)及液基细胞学(TCT)联合应用于宫颈癌筛选中的临床价值。方法选取2016年5月至2019年5月间陕西省地质矿产勘查开发局职工医院收治的452例宫颈病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均行HR-HPV及TCT检查。统计检查结果,比较HR-HPV、TCT单独及联合诊断宫颈癌的诊断效能。结果452例宫颈病变患者,阴道镜下宫颈组织活检确诊宫颈癌25例,HR-HPV单独检出宫颈癌15例,TCT单独检出17例,二者联合检出24例,HR-HPV联合TCT诊断宫颈癌的灵敏度为96.0%,高于二者单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HR-HPV及TCT联合应用能显著提高宫颈癌诊断灵敏度,利于减少漏诊,可为宫颈癌的早期检出及治疗提供参考。
Objective To study the clinical value of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)and liquid-based cytology(TCT)test in the screening of cervical cancer.Methods The clinical data of452 patients with cervical lesions who admitted to Workers’Hospital of Shanxi Bureau of Geological and Mineral Exploration from May 2016 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent HRHPV and TCT examinations.The diagnostic efficacy of single HR-HPV and TCT test,and the combination of HR-HPV and TCT test for cervical cancer was compared.Results Among the 452 patients with cervical lesions,intraepithelial neoplasia was confirmed in 25 patients by vaginal pathological biopsy,15 patients by single HR-HPV test,17 patients by single TCT test,and 24 patients by the combination test of HR-HPV and TCT.The sensitivity of the combination test of HR-HPV and TCT for cervical cancer was 96.0%,which was higher than each of the single diagnosis(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of HRHPV and TCT test can significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity for cervical cancer and help to reduce misdiagnosis.It can provide important data for the early detection and treatment of cervical cancer.
