摘要
在世界各国宣告“双碳”目标的大背景下,碳普惠方法学将成为低碳减排的重要计算依据,碳普惠方法学的完善,对落实节能减排及碳普惠方法学的应用具有重要意义。本文阐释碳普惠机制下利用方法学对减少更多温室气体排放的实现路径,对市民、社区家庭和运营商的节能减碳行为进行梳理和分析,通过碳普惠活动开展,数据排查及监测统计,有效减少城市温室气体排放与增加碳汇活跃度。
Under the background that countries around the world have announced the achievement of the "dual carbon" goal, the carbon inclusion methodology will become an important basis for calculating low-carbon emissions reduction. The application of learning is important. This paper explains the realization path of using methodology to reduce more greenhouse gas emissions under the carbon inclusive mechanism, sorts out and analyzes the energy conservation and carbon reduction behaviors of citizens, community households and operators, and conducts data investigation and monitoring through carbon inclusive activities. Statistics, effectively reduce urban greenhouse gas emissions and increase carbon sink activity.
