摘要
负压隔离病房是救治呼吸道传染病患者的重要医疗设施,短时间内完成组建并投入使用体现了护理管理的快速反应和有效组织能力。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生后,河南省某医院作为省级医疗救治定点医院,高度重视疫情防控工作,组建了新型冠状病毒肺炎专用负压隔离病房楼,本研究从病房组建要点到护理人员管理采取了一系列应急管理策略,为同行提供参考。
The negative pressure isolation ward is an important medical facility for the treatment of patients with respiratory infectious diseases. The establishment and use in a short time reflect the rapid response and effective organizational ability of nursing management. After the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),Henan a Hospital,as a provincial designated hospital for the treatment of COVID-19 in Henan Province,attaches great importance to the prevention and control of the epidemic and has established a new negative pressure isolation ward building dedicated to COVID-19. This paper introduces a series of emergency management strategies from the establishment of special negative pressure ward building to the nursing operation management process,so as to provide a reference for peers.
