摘要
目的对痰液性状和保存条件对结核菌培养阳性率的影响进行探讨。方法此次研究所纳入的痰液样本均自2018年1月到2019年1月份所收集,样本量为100例。依据性状分粘液痰、干酪痰、唾液、血性痰4类,依据保存温度分-18℃、4℃、25℃、30℃4类保存条件,经检测剖析、比对不同痰液性状、不同保存条件下结核菌培养阳性率。结果检测显示干酪痰的阳性培养率较其余3种性状有更高占比,数据计算显示P<0.05,有统计学含义。-18℃下4种痰液性状的结核菌培养阳性率相近,组间数据计算显示P>0.05;其余温度下不同实验时间段内结核菌阳性培养率差异明显,数据计算显示P<0.05,有统计学含义。结论结核菌阳性培养率与痰液性状、保存条件联系密切,在结核菌阳性培养中优先选择干酪痰,保存环境尽量控制在-18℃低温下,并尽早进行培养。
Objective To investigate the effect of sputum characteristics and preservation conditions on the positive rate of tuberculosis culture.Methods The sputum samples included in this study were collected from January 2018 to January 2019,with a sample size of 100 cases.According to their characteristics,they were divided into mucus sputum,cheese sputum,saliva and bloody sputum.According to the preservation temperature,they were divided into-18℃,4℃,25℃and 30℃.The positive rates of tuberculosis culture under different sputum characteristics and preservation conditions were detected and compared.Results The positive culture rate of cheese meal was higher than that of the other three traits.The data showed P<0.05,which had statistical significance.The positive rate of tuberculosis culture of four sputum traits was similar at-18°C,and the data between groups showed P>0.05.The positive culture rate of tuberculosis in different experimental time periods was significantly different.The data calculated showed P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The positive culture rate of tuberculosis bacteria is closely related to sputum characteristics and preservation conditions.Cheese sputum is preferred in the positive culture of tuberculosis bacteria.
