摘要
目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮在慢性咳嗽治疗方案凝定中的影响。方法将我院儿科于2018年12月至2019年7月收治的550例慢性咳嗽患儿为实验对象,均进行呼出气一氧化氮检测,并接受疗程内的糖皮质激素治疗,观察不同类型慢性咳嗽患儿的呼出气一氧化氮水平,并统计针对性治疗后的咳嗽症状积分及呼出气一氧化碳下降幅度的比较。结果咳嗽变异性哮喘的呼出气一氧化氮结果高于嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎与其他慢性咳嗽,嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎的呼出气一氧化氮结果较其他慢性咳嗽高;患儿治疗后的咳嗽症状积分低于治疗前;在治疗后,激素治疗有效者的呼出气一氧化碳水平下降幅度较激素治疗无效者大,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性咳嗽治疗方案的取决中,可应用呼出气一氧化氮检测进行合适治疗方案的选择,以最大程度上提高治疗效果。
Objective to explore effect of exhaled nitric oxide on coagulation of chronic cough therapy.Methods treat 550 cases chronic cough children admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to July 2019 with test of exhaled nitric oxide,and glucocorticoid treatment during treatment course.Observe level of exhaled nitric oxide of children with different types of chronic cough,and count scores of cough symptoms and decrease ratio of exhaled carbon monoxide after targeted treatment.Results exhaled nitric oxide in cough variant asthma was higher than eosinophilic bronchitis and other chronic coughs,exhaled nitric oxide in eosinophilic bronchitis was higher than other chronic coughs;cough symptoms score in children after treatment was lower than before;after treatment,CO level in exhaled gas of effective hormone treatment was lower than hormone treatment,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion exhaled nitric oxide can be appropriate treatment scheme in treatment of chronic cough,to improve treatment effect to the greatest extent.
