摘要
目的研究分析益肾健脾丸治疗肾病综合征(脾肾阳虚型)的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年2月收治的60例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例;对两组患者均进行基础治疗,治疗组加以益肾健脾丸进行治疗,对照组加以服用益肾康胶囊和黄葵胶囊,对比疗效。结果治疗后,患者的身体各项指标均明显改善,其中治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且安全性高。结论针对肾病综合征(脾肾阳虚型)患者的临床治疗中,采用益肾健脾丸能有效的改善患者的身体各项指标,提高治疗效果,并且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective to study and analyze clinical effect of tonifying kidney and spleen pills on nephrotic syndrome(spleen and kidney yang deficiency).Methods choose 60 cases nephrotic syndrome patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 as research objects,divide them into treatment group and control group randomLy,30 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment,and treatment group was treated tonifying kidney and spleen pills,control group with Yishenkang capsule and Huangkui capsule.Compare effect between groups.Results after treatment,physical indicators were significantly improved,that of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05);clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05),with higher safety.Conclusion tonifying kidney and spleen pills can improve physical indicators of nephrotic syndrome(spleen and kidney yang deficiency)patients effectively with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
