摘要
目的探讨固本养肺活血方对老年慢阻肺稳定期患者治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2019年2月至2020年2月长白山保护开发区中心医院呼吸科收治的60例老年慢阻肺患者并分为参照组(30例)和研究组(30例)进行研究调查。常规治疗-参照组,固本养肺活血方-研究组,分析讨论两组的临床效果。结果中医证候评分偏低且临床总有效率偏高的是研究组,而6 min步行距离较长且肺动脉压较低的仍是研究组。结论选用固本养肺活血方治疗老年慢阻肺稳定期患者,可逐步改善慢阻肺患者的生活质量,提高运动耐力。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guben Yangfei Huoxue prescription on the treatment of elderly patients with COPD.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,60 elderly COPD patients admitted to the department of respiratory medicine of the Changbaishan Protection and Development Zone Central Hospital were randomly selected and divided into a reference group(30 cases)and a research group(30 cases)for investigation.Routine treatment-reference group,Guben Yangfei Huoxue prescription-research group,analyze and discuss the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The study group was the one with a low TCM syndrome score and high clinical total efficiency,while the study group was still the one with a longer 6-minute walking distance and lower pulmonary artery pressure.Conclusion Choosing Guben Yangfei Huoxue prescription for the treatment of elderly patients with COPD in stable stage can gradually improve the quality of life of COPD patients and improve exercise endurance.
