摘要
目的探析患者至医院门诊就医,通过开展"互联网+医疗"对其就医体验影响。方法本实验经自制问卷调查的方式,挑选2018年3月至2019年3月在本院门诊进行就医的300例患者作为实验研究对象。根据患者年龄阶段不同,将其分为以下5组,分别为:30岁以下、30~40岁、41~50岁、51~60岁和60岁以上。探究以上不同年龄阶段疾病患者针对医院内"互联网+医疗"服务整体满意度以及每一项就医环节满意度,同时将患者针对每项就医环节挂号方式进行总结。结果外地患者满意度显著低于本地患者。300例患者中有88.67%患者满意,年龄越大对"互联网+医疗"的总满意度越低。266例患者针对门诊就医流程中取药环节总满意度最为突出99.62%。90.00%患者选择手机APP挂号、微信公众号预约挂号和银行自助机,而现场窗口挂号10.00%。结论针对"互联网+医疗"的开展,患者满意度显著偏高,然而患者年龄越大满意度越低,与本地患者相比较,外地患者满意度显著偏低。针对医院的每一项就医环节实施强有力的改善,分析地域以及年龄因素等,将"互联网+医疗"合理应用,从而达到提升服务质量目的。
Objective To analyze the impact of "Internet+medical treatment" on the experience of patients seeking medical treatment in hospital outpatient service.Methods Through self-made questionnaire survey,300 patients who were hospitalized in the outpatient department of our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as experimental research objects.The patients were divided into the following 5 groups according to their age stages:under 30 years old,30~40 years old,41~50 years old,51~60 years old and over 60 years old.To explore the overall satisfaction of the above patients with diseases of different ages for the "Internet+medical" service in the hospital and the satisfaction of each medical treatment link,and to summarize the registration methods of patients for each medical treatment link.Results The satisfaction of patients from other places was significantly lower than that of local patients.88.67% of the 300 patients were satisfied,and the older the age,the lower the overall satisfaction with "Internet + medical".The total satisfaction of 266 patients with the drug taking process in the outpatient medical treatment process was the most prominent 99.62%.90.00% of patients chose mobile phone APP registration,the official account of WeChat is registered and the bank self service machine is registered,and the site window is registered 10.00%.Conclusion For the development of "Internet+medical treatment",patient satisfaction is significantly higher,but the older the patient,the lower the satisfaction.Compared with local patients,the satisfaction of patients from other places is significantly lower.In order to improve the service quality,the hospital should carry out a strong improvement on each medical treatment link,analyze the geographical and age factors,and apply the "Internet+medical treatment" reasonably.
