摘要
目的 探讨PDCA循环在缩短门诊患者就诊等候时间中的运用。方法 建立工作小组,运用计划、实施、检查、处理循环方法进行,比较实施前后专科门诊患者就诊等候时间、门诊提前预约比率、门诊患者满意度的差异。结果 实施PDCA后专科门诊患者就诊等候时间明显缩短(P <0.05),门诊提前预约比率提高,门诊患者对护理服务的满意度提高(P <0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法是门诊护理质量持续改进的有效管理方法。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle in shortening the waiting time of outpatients. Methods A working group was established, and the methods of planning, implementation, inspection and treatment were used to compare the differences of waiting time, advance appointment rate and satisfaction of outpatients before and after implementation. Results After the implementation of PDCA, the waiting time of outpatients was significantly shortened(P<0.05), the advance appointment rate of outpatients was increased, and the satisfaction of outpatients with nursing service was improved(P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle method is an effective management method for the continuous improvement of outpatient nursing quality.
