摘要
目的探究中药汤剂干预缺血性中风恢复期之气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月收治的缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者50例纳入对照组(接受常规西医治疗),选择2019年3月至2020年3月我院收治的缺血性脑卒中恢复期(气虚血瘀证)患者例纳入观察组(在西医治疗的基础上配合中药汤剂治疗),对比两组临床疗效,采取NIHSS量表、Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评定、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表来评价治疗前后患者的神经功能、日常生活能力、运动及平衡能力。结果观察组和对照组临床治疗总有效率分别为88.00%、74.00%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗,观察组各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医治疗基础上联合中医汤剂治疗缺血性中风恢复期(气虚血瘀证)的临床疗效理想,能够有效改善患者神经功能、运动功能以及日常生活的能力,对改善疾病预后、提升患者生活质量有重要意义,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the recovery period of ischemic stroke.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,50 patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period were selected as control group(receiving conventional western medicine treatment),and patients with ischemic stroke recovery stage(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as observation group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of Western medicine treatment).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.NIHSS scale,Barthel index,Fugl-Meyer balance function assessment and Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale were used to evaluate the neurological function,activities of daily living,exercise and balance ability before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 88.00%and 74.00%respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score,Barthel index,Fugl-Meyer balance function score and Fugl-Meyer motor function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of Western medicine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery period(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)has ideal clinical effect,can effectively improve the neurological function,motor function and the ability of daily life of patients,improve the prognosis of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
