Objective To investigate the effect of sitting balance training and double bridge exercise on preventing the risk of falls in patients with stroke. Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients with 0-point Fugl-Meyer assessment of post-stroke hemiplegia were selected. The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation treatment. The observation group received seat balance training and double-bridge exercise training based on the control group. In the 2 nd and 4 th week of patient training, the Fugl-Meyer Balanced Function Rating Scale and the visual assessment were used for qualitative assessment of sitting balance. Results Qualitative assessment of sitting positionⅢbalance was performed by Fugl-Meyer balance function score and visual inspection was done.Compared with the control group, balance function in the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The patient’s sitting balance training and double bridge exercise training can improve the patient’s balance function, and reduce the risk of falling.
