体验式教学法在呼吸与危重症科护理带教中的临床应用探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究体验式教学法在呼吸与危重症科护理带教中的的临床应用价值。方法选取2017至2019年在本院呼吸机危重症科实习且开展临床护理带教的28例护理人员作为研究对象,选择本院实施传统带教模式护生28例作为参照对象,对28例呼吸及危重症科护理人员应用体验式教学模式。观察研究组和参照组护理人员结束教学后的考核成绩(操作成绩及理论成绩)以及护理人员对教学模式的认同度。结果研究组教学前与参照组测试成绩对比显示无差异(P>0.05);在实施体验教学后研究组理论知识及实践成绩均优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组护生对教学模式满意程度均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论体验式教学模式在呼吸与危重症科护理带教中可有效提升护生的综合成绩。 Objective To explore clinical application value of experiential teaching method in nursing teaching of respiratory and critical care department.Methods We chose 28 nursing staff practiced in Ventilator Critical Care Department of our hospital from 2017 to 2019 with clinical nursing teaching as research objects,and 28 nursing students with traditional teaching model in our hospital as reference objects.Carried out experiential teaching for those nursing staff in critical care department.Observed assessment scores(operation scores and theoretical scores)of nurses in research group and reference group after teaching,and their recognition for teaching mode.Results Comparison of test scores before teaching between research group and reference group showed no difference(P>0.05)after teaching,theoretical knowledge and practical scores of research group were better than those of reference group(P<0.05);satisfaction degree of nursing students in research group were better than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Experiential teaching model can improve comprehensive performance of nursing students effectively during nursing teaching of respiratory and critical care departments.
