摘要
目的观察替米沙坦、依那普利对糖尿病肾病合并1级高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月山西省汾阳医院收治的72例糖尿病肾病合并1级高血压患者,按照随机数表法分为替米沙坦组、依那普利组,各36例。比较两组治疗前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)、血肌酐(Cr)水平。结果治疗后两组SBP、DBP、UACR、Cr水平均降低(P<0.05),且替米沙坦组UACR、Cr水平低于依那普利组(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦、依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病合并1级高血压效果良好,但替米沙坦可能疗效更佳。
Objective To observe the effect of telmisartan and enalapril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)complicated with grade-1 hypertension.Methods 72 patients with DN complicated with grade-1 hypertension in Fenyang Hospital,Shanxi Province from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.One group was treated with telmisartan,and the other was treated with enalapril.The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR)and creatinine(Cr)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,UACR and Cr in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of UACR and Cr in group treated with telmisartan were significantly lower than those in group treated with enalapril(P<0.05).Conclusion Both telmisartan and enalapril have significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy complicated with grade-1 hypertension,but Telmisartan is more effective in cases of diabetic nephropathy with grade-1 hypertension.
