摘要
目的探究分析介入治疗下肢术后深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法选取山东省淄博市高青县中医医院2019年5月至2020年6月收治的74例下肢深静脉血栓患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表进行分组,37例抗凝组患者治疗方案为常规抗凝治疗,37例介入组患者治疗方案为在抗凝组基础上应用介入治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后肢体周径差(小腿周径差、大腿周径差)、静脉血流速度、血管内径变化、抗凝血酶水平以及血小板计数水平。结果治疗前,两组患者小腿周径差、大腿周径差、静脉血流速度、血管内径变化、抗凝血酶水平以及血小板计数水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后介入组小腿周径差以及大腿周径差均小于抗凝组,静脉血流速度大于抗凝组,血管内径小于抗凝组,抗凝血酶水平及血小板计数水平均低于抗凝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入治疗能够有效清除患者血栓,改善患者血液凝血状况。
Objective To explore and analyze effect of interventional treatment of deep venous thrombosis after lower limb surgery.Methods The paper chose 74 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs from May 2019 to June 2020 as research objects,and divided them into two groups with random digital table method.37 cases in anticoagulant group were treated with routine anticoagulant therapy,and 37 cases in interventional group with interventional therapy on the basis of anticoagulant group.Limb circumference difference(leg circumference difference,thigh circumference difference),venous blood flow velocity,vessel diameter changes,antithrombin levels and platelet count levels were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,leg circumference difference,thigh circumference difference,venous blood flow velocity,vascular diameter change,antithrombin level and platelet count level comparison between two groups showed(P>0.05).After treatment,leg circumference difference and thigh circumference difference of intervention group were less than anticoagulant group,venous blood flow velocity was higher than anticoagulant group,vessel diameter was less than anticoagulant group,antithrombin level and platelet count level was lower than anticoagulant group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional therapy can remove thrombus and improve blood coagulation of patients effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
