摘要
目的分析顺产产程中运用不同护理模式对产程的影响及对降低顺产产妇的顺产时程的作用。方法选取2017年7月至2020年7月惠州市第三人民医院收治的50例顺产产妇,并且随机将其分成观察组和对照组,每组25例,其中对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行优质护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度、产程时间、住院时间、产后出血量、产程疼痛程度。结果观察组的护理满意度为92%,高于对照组的64%,P<0.05。观察组的第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、平均总产程等产程时间分别为(7.85±1.65、1.15±0.48、0.42±0.13、11.44±2.37),均要短于对照组(11.26±1.87、1.71±0.55、0.66±0.44、13.56±2.68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间、产后出血量、产程疼痛程度分别为(2.04±0.18、251.91±25.41、7.52±0.12),均要短于对照组(3.29±0.35、309.27±30.35、9.24±0.25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺产产程中运用不同护理模式对产程影响不同,通过优质护理能够有效的降低顺产产妇的顺产时间。
Objective To analyze effect of different nursing modes on labor process and labor time reduction during natural labor process.Methods The paper chose 50 cases parturients with spontaneous labor from July 2017 to July 2020,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with high-quality nursing.Nursing satisfaction degree,labor process time,length of stay,postpartum hemorrhage and labor pain degree was compared between two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 92%,higher than 64%of control group,P<0.05.Time of the first,second,third stage of labor,average total stage of labor in observation group was(7.85±1.65、1.15±0.48、0.42±0.13、11.44±2.37),shorter than control group(11.26±1.87、1.71±0.55、0.66±0.44、13.56±2.68),P<0.05.Length of stay,postpartum hemorrhage,labor pain degree of observation group was(2.04±0.18、251.91±25.41、7.52±0.12),shorter than control group(3.29±0.35、309.27±30.35、9.24±0.25),P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Different nursing mode has different effect on labor process during natural labor.High quality nursing can reduce natural time of natural labor effectively.
