摘要
目的分析围手术期品质链护理对鼻窦炎手术患者的影响。方法选择2018年5月-2020年6月接受治疗的鼻窦炎手术患者60例,经不同方案研究分组,设参照组与试验组两组,各30例。参照组应用常规护理,而试验组应用品质链护理。比较试验组和参照组满意度、恢复情况、生活质量、自我管理能力、舒适度及护理质量。结果试验组和参照组对比总满意率的数据表明试验组更高,满足统计要求(P<0.05)。试验组和参照组对比正常饮食、住院、鼻炎消退等时间的结果表明试验组更短,满足统计要求(P<0.05)。试验组和参照组对比各项生活质量评分的数据表明试验组均更高,满足统计要求(P<0.05)。试验组与参照组医嘱依从性、各项舒适度评分、护理质量对比的数据表明,试验组定期复查依从性、清理鼻腔囊泡依从性及坚持鼻腔清洗依从性、舒适程度及护理质量评分均更高,满足统计学要求(P<0.05)。结论围手术期对鼻窦炎手术患者采用品质链护理的效果显著,可让患者在接受护理过程中感到更为舒适,降低患者对护理干预的排斥同时增进护患信任度的提升,于促进患者恢复有益,且出院后延伸干预于患者自我管理能力提升有积极作用,于患者生活质量提升及护理满意度提升有益,可做进一步推广研究。
Objective To analyze effect of perioperative quality chain nursing on sinusitis patients.Methods The paper chose 60 cases sinusitis patients with surgery from May 2018 to June 2020,and divided them into two groups:reference group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while experimental group with quality chain nursing.Satisfaction degree,recovery,life quality,self-management ability,comfort and nursing quality was compared between experimental group and reference group.Results Data of total satisfaction degree of experimental group and reference group showed,those of experimental group was higher and met statistical requirements(P<0.05).Result s Comparison showed,time of normal diet,lenth of stay,rhinitis regression of experimental group was shorter and met statistical requirements,(P<0.05).Life quality scores of experimental group were higher,meeting statistical requirements,(P<0.05).Compliance of regular reexamination,cleaning nasal vesicles and adherence to nasal cleaning,comfort and nursing quality scores of experimental group were higher,which met statistical requirements(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality chain nursing can achieve significant effect on sinusitis patients during perioperative period,can make patients more comfortable in process of receiving nursing,reduce rejection of nursing intervention,and improve trust between nurses and patients,promote recovery of patients.Moreover,extended intervention after discharge has positive effect on improving self-management ability,life quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients,which can be promoted and studied further.
