摘要
目的 探讨口腔正畸对牙周病致前牙移位的治疗效果,并分析对其血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法 纳入2020年3月-2021年3月于化州市人民医院就诊的60例牙周病致前牙移位患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。给予对照组牙周疾病基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上接受口腔正畸治疗。比较两组患者牙周病致前牙移位治疗效果(咬合关系、牙齿致密、美观及牙齿排列整齐状况评分),对比牙周袋深度、出血指数、前牙覆盖、牙槽高度,检测肿瘤细胞坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平。结果 研究组咬合关系、牙齿排列整齐状况、美观及牙齿致密评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖、牙槽高度及出血指数均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β水平均明显下降,研究组较对照组降低幅度更大,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的效果显著,可有效改善患者牙齿的咬合关系,提高美观度,降低血清炎性因子水平,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment on anterior teeth shift caused by periodontal disease and analyze the influence on serum cytokine levels.Methods A total of 60 patients with anterior teeth shift caused by periodontal disease who visited our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were included as the research subjects and randomLy divided into a research group and a control group,30 in each group.The control group was given basic treatment for periodontal diseases and the experimental group was given orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of anterior teeth shift caused by periodontal disease (occlusal relationship,score of compact and beautiful teeth and neat tooth arrangement) were compared between the two groups.The periodontal pocket depth,bleeding index,anterior tooth coverage and alveolar height were compared,and the levels of tumor cell necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) were detected.Results The scores of occlusal relationship,neat tooth arrangement,aesthetics,and tooth sensitization in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (both P<0.05).The periodontal pocket depth,anterior tooth coverage,alveolar height and bleeding index of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the reduction in the research group was greater than that in the control group.The data differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment has a significant effect on anterior teeth shift caused by periodontal disease,which can effectively improve the occlusal relationship of patients’ teeth,improve the aesthetic degree,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.It is worthy of promotion.
