摘要
目的对慢性萎缩性胃炎选择柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤加减措施进行治疗,并分析治疗效果。方法选取2021年1月-2021年12月本院慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例进行研究,将其划分为实验组和对照组(经由系统抽样),每组40例。对照组施用常规治疗措施,实验组施用柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤加减治疗措施。治疗后,比对两组的治疗总有效率、抑郁焦虑评分、生活质量测量值。结果治疗后,实验组总有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05);实验组抑郁焦虑评分比对照组更低(P<0.05);实验组生活质量测量值比对对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论采取柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤加减干预措施治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,治疗效果更好,不仅明显地缓解了患者的症状,而且对其抑郁焦虑等负面情绪也有所改善,使其生活水平得到了大幅度的提升,值得推广至临床应用当中。
Objective To analyze treatment effect of bupleurum powder for relieving liver-qi combined with decoction of four noble drugs for chronic atrophic gastritis,and.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021,and divided them into experimental group and control group(based on systematic sampling),with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment measures,while experimental group with bupleurum powder for relieving liver-qi combined with modified decoction of four noble drugs.After treatment,total effective rate,depression and anxiety scores,and life quality measurements were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Depression and anxiety scores in experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Measured values of life quality in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention measures of bupleurum powder for relieving liver-qi combined with modified decoction of four noble drugs can achieve good effect for chronic atrophic gastritis,alleviate the symptoms,improve negative emotions and living standards of patients significantly,including depression and anxiety,which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
