摘要
作为农村金融供给侧主力的村镇银行,其成立可以有效地支持农村经济发展,解决支农支小脱贫瓶颈,服务农村基层客户,但由于成立时间不长,内部自身管理不足和发展配套不够完善等原因,经营发展还面临较多问题,严重影响着可持续发展。本文通过从博弈论视角对村镇银行的相关主体开展博弈分析,寻找影响村镇银行可持续发展的因素及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
As the main force of rural financial supply,the establishment of village and town banks can effectively support the development of rural economy,solve the bottleneck of supporting agriculture to get rid of poverty,and serve the rural grass-roots customers.because of the lack of internal self-management and the imperfect development,there are still many problems in the operation and development,which seriously affect the sustainable development.In this paper,we find the factors and problems affecting the sustainable development of village banks,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of Game Theory to the relevant subjects of village banks game analysis.
