摘要
改革开放以来,温州企业家精神内涵随着时代的发展不断发生演变。温州企业家所具备的创业与冒险精神、创新与变革精神、社会与责任精神、人力与成长精神是企业成长转型的关键力量,成为民营制造业高质量发展的新动力。但是,当前还存在一些阻碍企业家精神发挥作用的因素,可以从企业家精神内核培育和外部环境营造两个方面,做好新时代温州企业家精神的培育和传承。
Since the reform and opening up,the connotation of Wenzhou’s entrepreneurial spirit has continued to evolve with the time.The entrepreneurial and adventurous spirit,the spirit of innovation and transformation,the spirit of society and responsibility,and the spirit of manpower and growth possessed by Wenzhou entrepreneurs are the key forces in the growth,transformation,and upgrading of enterprises,and have become the new driving force for the high-quality development of civilian-run manufacturing.However,there are still some factors that hinder the role of entrepreneurship,while we can cultivate and inherit entrepreneurship in the new era from two aspects of core entrepreneurship cultivation and external environment creation.
