摘要
目的:检验简式自我控制量表(Brief Self-Control Scale,BSCS)中文版的信度和效度。方法:用BSCS中文版对1676名大学生、897名中专生和1771名中学生施测,同时测定简式Barratt冲动量表(BBIS)、自尊量表(SES)及简式网络游戏障碍量表(IGDS9-SF)进行效标效度的验证。在中学生样本中抽取200人间隔四周后进行重测。结果:验证性因子分析结果支持两维度结构,各拟合度指标分别为:χ2/df为17.53,P<0.001,NFI为0.98,CFI为0.98,IFI为0.98,TLI为0.97,RMSEA为0.062。项目分析显示各条目与所属分量表及总量表之间的得分均呈显著相关(r值=0.63~0.89,P<0.001)。中文版BSCS总量表及自律性和冲动控制两个分量表的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.83、0.85和0.86。总量表及两个分量表的重测信度为0.81、0.83和0.80。BSCS量表总分及两个维度得分与BBIS总量表分及其两个维度分、以及IGDS9-SF总分均存在显著负相关(r=-0.19~-0.57,P<0.001);与SES总分呈正相关(r=0.19~0.54,P<0.001)。结论:简式自我控制量表中文版具有良好的信效度,可以作为研究自我控制水平的工具。
Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Brief Self-Control Scale(BSCS).Methods:A sample of 1676 college students,897 vocational school students,and a sample of 1771 middle school students were tested,in which 200 students were selected for re-test four weeks later.Meanwhile,The Brief Barratt Impulsiveness Scale(BBIS),Self-Esteem Scale(SES),and Internet Gaming Disorder Scale-Short Form(IGDS9-SF)were selected as the criterion measurements.Results:The results of confirmatory factor analysis supported the two-factor structure model,and the fit indices wereχ2/df=17.53,P<0.001,NFI=0.98,CFI=0.98,IFI=0.98,TLI=0.97,RMSEA=0.062,all meeting the criteria standards for adequacy of fit.The critical ratios of all the items in Chinese version of BSCS were significantly(P<0.001).The correlations between each item and the score of total scale or subscales ranged from 0.63 to 0.89.The Cronbach’sαcoefficients of the total scale,poor self-regulation subscale,and impulsive behavior subscale were 0.83,0.85,and 0.86,and the test-retest reliability after 4 weeks were 0.81,0.83,and 0.80 respectively.The total score and two factors of the Chinese version of BSCS showed a significantly positive correlation with total score of SES(r=0.19~0.54,P<0.001),and negative correlation with that of the BBIS score and total score of IGDS9-SF(r=-0.19~-0.57,P<0.001).Conclusion:The Chinese version of BSCS has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a useful tool to research self-control.
