摘要
本文对34具(66侧)男成尸分别进行了测量,观测了肌间沟径路臂丛阻滞麻醉经皮肤穿刺点至臂丛上干的进针深度平均为1.2±O.3(X±SD)cm.给临床上提供以个体颈围推算经皮肤穿刺点至臂丛上干的自身比例和回归方程。
We measured the puncture depth in respect to the interscalene block anesth-esia of the brachilis plexus on 34 male adult cadavers.The results are as follows:The depth from the skin puncture spot.which is located 3.0cm above the midpo-int of the clavicle,to the upper trunk of the brachilis plexus averages 1.2±0.3cm(X±SD).The mean neck girth is 37.5±3.0cm.Thus the distance between theskin puncture spot and the upper trunk of brachilis plexus is 3.1%of the neckgirth.The regression equation calculating the puncture depth according to the neckgirth is Y=0.06X-1.09,Sb=0.01,r=0.56.
