摘要
根据臂丛神经损伤684例的术前检查,术中发现,术后复查,综合分析了臂丛神经的机能解剖及其临床意义,提出臂丛神经根单根损伤,由于相邻神经根的代偿而不产生临床症状,相邻二根联合损伤时产生组合损伤症状。并详细描述了各神经根的肌肉支配,为临床诊断和治疗提供了解剖学依据。
Based on the preoperative examinations,the intraoperative discoveries andthe postoperative examinations of 684 cases of brachial plexus injures,the clinicalanatomy of brachial plexus and its clinical significance were comprehensively ana-lysed.It was found that single root injury of brachial plexus did not result in clinical symptoms;however,if two neighbouring nerve roots were injured,thecombined clinical symptoms would appear.In addition to this.the arrangementof muscular branches in each nerve root was discribed in detail in this paper.
