摘要
目的:观察蒙药对过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者嗜酸性粒细胞计数水平的影响,分析临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的60例过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,给予治疗组蒙药治疗,给予对照组西药治疗,观察嗜酸性粒细胞指标,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前后嗜酸性粒细胞计数有显著差异(P<0.05),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组临床有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙药能降低过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者嗜酸性粒细胞计数,有效治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征,同时可缩短治疗周期、降低疾病复发率,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine on eosinophil count in patients with allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome,and to analyze its effect.Methods:In our hospital recently admitted 60 cases of allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome patiens were randomly divided into treadment group and control group,the treatment group was given to control the implementation of Mongolian medicine treatment,wesern medicine treatment group patients,changes of eosinophil indexes were observed,compared the efficacy of two group after treatment.Results:There were significant differences in eosinophil count beteen the two groups of patinents before and after treatment(P<0.05).and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in clinical efficiency between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mongolian medicine can reduce the eosinophil count of patients with allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome,effectively treat allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome,shorten the treatment cycle and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,which is worthy of promotion.
