摘要
在无缝内衣领域中,锦纶类无缝内衣约占65%,涤纶及锦涤类约占20%,棉及再生纤维素纤维约占15%。文中从纯锦纶无缝内衣、锦纶与涤纶无缝内衣、锦纶与阳离子改性涤纶无缝内衣对锦纶类无缝内衣的原料成分和面料组织结构进行分析,结合染料、助剂的应用,结合染色配方,对锦纶类无缝内衣的前处理、染色及后整理工艺进行汇总,指出锦纶类无缝内衣在染色过程中需要注意的问题点,并提出解决方案,以便制定合理的染色工艺。
In the field of seamless underwear,nylon seamless underwear accounts for about 65%,polyester and polyamide polyester for about 20%,cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber accounts for about 15%.In this paper makes a analysis from the pure nylon seamless underwear,seamless underwear,polyamide and polyester polyamide and cationic modified polyester seamless underwear for nylon seamless underwear fabrics of raw material composition and pattern structure,and summarizes the details of the pretreatment,dyeing and finishing process combining with the application of dyes,auxiliaries,combining with dyeing formula of polyamide fiber kind of seamless underwear.The problems that need to be prevented in the dyeing process of nylon seamless underwear are put forward,and the solutions are put forward,and the reasonable dyeing process is formulated.
