摘要
采用细旦纤维再生涤纶和异形截面再生涤纶,通过面料组织结构的设计、织机的选用、纱线的合理配置、织造工艺的优化选择以及染料助剂、染整工序和工艺的优化选择,使面料达到优异的亲水速干性能。结果表明,该面料具有滴水扩散时间短,蒸发速率大,1 h后水分残余率为0,即此面料具有优异的亲水速干性能,适合运用于春夏运动系列面料中。
This paper uses the fine denial regenerated polyester and special cross-sectioned regenerated polyester to develop one kind of super-hydrophilic and quick drying fabric through design of fabric structure,selection of knitting machines,reasonable combination of yarns,and optimization of knitting parameters,dyeing auxiliaries,and dyeing and finishing process.The testing data show that the fabric has a very short dripping diffusion time,a high evaporation rate,and the residual moisture content becomes 0 after 1 hour.The results also show that the fabric has excellent hydrophilic and quick drying properties and will be a great option for spring and summer sportswear.
