摘要
建设一支优秀的全科医生队伍是实现我国"人人健康"战略目标的关键。因此,完善全科医生培养模式对我国医疗卫生事业的发展具有重大意义。文章通过将我国与澳加两国的全科医生培养模式比较,发现我国应加强全科医学师资队伍的建设,完善全科医学的教学模式,建立一套具体、统一、可行的全科医学师资纳入、培训和考核标准评价体系,以促进全科医学专业学会的发展。
Building an excellent team of general practitioners is the key to achieving my country’s“Health for All”strategic goal.This article compares the training model of general practitioners in my country with those in Australia and Canada,and finds that my country should strengthen the construction of general practice teaching staff,improve the teaching model of general practice,and establish a specific,unified and feasible general practice teacher inclusion,training and evaluation standard evaluation system to promote general practice professional society development.
