摘要
实验发展经济学研究采用随机实地实验的方法,从微观视角洞察发展问题的本质,科学评估发展政策,寻求更有效的政策设计,以改进发展中国家和地区居民的福利水平。实验发展经济学的理论成果遍及教育、卫生健康、收入和储蓄等领域,大大丰富了经济学的理论和经验证据,使得发展经济学重新回到人们的视野。在其诞生并不断发展壮大的过程中,围绕着实验发展经济学的争论也未曾休止。发展经济学究竟应该关注何种研究主题、构建何种理论、采取何种研究方法,是研究者们未来继续追寻的方向。
With the toolbox of Randomized Controlled Trials(RCT),researches in Experimental Development Economics investigate the essence of development from the micro perspective,scientifically evaluate the effects of development policies,and strive for more effective ones.These researches have made important contributions to improving the welfare of residents in developing countries and regions.The theoretical achievements of Experimental Development Economics have been widely applied in education,health,income and savings and other fields,which greatly enrich the economic theories and the empirical evidences,and make development economics regain researchers’attention.In the past 20 years,researches in Experimental Development Economics have rapidly grown,while the debate on it has never stopped.What kind of issues should be concerned,what kind of theory should be constructed and what kind of method should be adopted in development economics guide the direction that researchers continue to pursue in the future.
