摘要
在各式移动网络直播让人眼花缭乱的今天,为何"吃播"这种"直播+吃饭"的模式会脱颖而出、备受网民青睐?本研究通过调查问卷和深度访谈考察了我国吃播用户的使用与满足情况,试图探寻"吃播热"现象背后可能的社会原因。基于使用与满足理论,本研究发现,我国吃播用户使用吃播的主要动机包括获得美感、排解压力、消磨时间、代偿需要和自我整合,且婚姻、职业、学历等社会因素会对吃播用户的使用动机产生影响。此外,研究结果显示普通的吃饭行为在吃播中已经被赋予了新的意义,用户使用吃播除了可以满足对食物和吃的关注外,还能够获得新知识、逃避现实需要,并实现自我整合。但本质上吃播仍属"无聊经济",用户借此廉价地消耗大量时间。
Mukbang that combines eating with live streaming has been gaining popularity in China nowadays.Based on survey and in-depth interview,this study explores the reasons behind the"Mukbang fever"phenomenon.Guided by the uses and gratifications theory,our study reveals that the major motivations of Chinese Mukbang users include visual enjoyment,pressure relief,time killing,compensation and self-integration.It was also found that social factors such as marital status,occupation,and education can influence Mukbang users’motivation.Moreover,our study shows that eating has been given new meanings in Mukbang.When using Mukbang,users not only focus on food and eating,but also can obtain new knowledge,escape from reality and meet the need of self-integration.Nevertheless,Mukbang is still a kind of"boring economy",with which users can consume a great amount of time at a low cost.
