摘要
目的探讨急性左心衰竭患者呼吸道感染采取呼吸护理干预的效果。方法选择2018年12月至2019年7月海城市中心医院收治的72例急性左心衰竭患者,采取抽签法随机分为试验组与参照组各36例。参照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用呼吸护理干预,比较两组临床护理效果及护理满意度。结果试验组感染率(19.44%vs 50.00%)明显低于参照组,护理满意度(97.22%vs 72.22%)明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸护理干预用于急性左心衰竭患者的呼吸道感染能有效改善患者临床症状,降低感染率,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of respiratory nursing intervention on respiratory tract infection(RTI)in patients with acute left heart failure.Methods To tally 72 patients with acute left heart failure admitted in Haicheng Central Hospital from December 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=36)and control group(n=36).Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,while patients in the experimental group were treated with respiratory nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effects and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The infection rate(19.44%)in the experimental group was significantly lower than that(50.00%)in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction(97.22%)in experimental group was significantly higher than that(72.22%)in the control group.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory nursing intervention used in the treatment of RTI patients with acute left heart failure can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the infection rate and improve nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worth popularizing.
