摘要
目的观察高压氧治疗眼底病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年11月至2019年10月海城市中心医院眼底病患者96例,随机分为治疗组和常规组各48例,治疗组行高压氧治疗,常规组行药物对症治疗,比较两组临床疗效、生活质量及治疗满意度。结果治疗组治疗有效率为95.83%(46例),高于常规组的81.25%(39例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组精力评分[(84.75±3.92)分vs(80.63±3.15)分]、精神健康评分[(86.21±3.07)分vs(82.14±3.59)分]、生理机能评分[(82.36±3.27)分vs(77.45±3.18)分]、社会功能评分[(83.22±3.04)分vs(79.12±3.68)分]均高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗满意度为93.75%(45例),高于常规组的79.17%(38例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧能促进眼底病患者治疗有效性并提升生活质量,优化医患关系,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen on fundus diseases.Methods Totally 96 patients with fundus diseases in Haicheng Central Hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases)and routine group(48 cases).The treatment group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,while the routine group was treated with drugs.The clinical efficacy,life quality and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 95.83%(46 cases),which was higher than that(81.25%,39 cases)of routine group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the treatment group had higher scores,including energy score[(84.75±3.92)vs(80.63±3.15)],mental health score[(86.21±3.07)vs(82.14±3.59)],physiological function score[(82.36±3.27)vs(77.45±3.18)]and social function score[(83.22±3.04)vs(79.12±3.68)](P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the treatment group was 93.75%(45 cases),which was higher than that of the routine group(79.17%,38 cases).There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can promote the treatment efficacy of fundus diseases,improve the life quality of patients and optimize the doctor-patient relationship.
