摘要
目的探讨血栓通联合注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗后循环缺血TCD检测结果。方法选取我院收治的后循环缺血患者80例,完全双盲法将其分为常例组和联合组,每组40例。常例组采用血栓通给药治疗办法;联合组在其基础上联合注射用丹参多酚酸盐给药治疗。对比两组TCD检查结果。结果联合组TCD检查数据结果均优于常例组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经TCD检测,血栓通联合注射用丹参多酚酸盐给药治疗后循环缺血效果显著,推荐使用。
Objective To analyze TCD test resultsin treating patients with circulating ischemia with Xueshuantong combined with Danshen Duofensuanyan Injection.Methods Eighty patients with posterior circulation ischemia admitted to the hospital were selected as study subject,and completely double-blind method was used to divide the patients into the normal group and the combination group with 40 patients in each group.Xueshuantong was administrated to the patients in the normal group,and combined Danshen Duofensuanyan Injection was administrated to the patients in the combination group on the basis of that applied on patients in the normal group.TCD test data results of patients in two groups were compared.Results TCD test data results of patients in the combination group were better than such results of patients in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCD test show that Xueshuantong combined with Danshen Duofensuanyan Injection delivers significant effects in treating circulating ischemia,being worthy of recommendation.
